garden-ghoul:

being a witch is hard, guys. sometimes it involves getting extremely lost in thigh-deep snow while being chased by the fairy hunt! I am not lying about this, there was at least one hound and as it turns out fairies do not leave footprints in snow. I was trying to make it to the fairyland section of hell forest but I got so turned around that I crossed my own tracks at a right angle and had to follow them back. ie, the fairies did Not want me going in there today.

sorry, another possibility is that the voices I heard, including the baying hound, were crows. at one point I heard voices and looked around and saw two crows. ‘oh, two for joy,’ I thought to myself. ‘that’s a good omen then.’ all of a sudden about twenty more crows sort of materialized out of the falling snow and boiled around an unknown point in the forest, cawing. I don’t know what the rhyme says about twenty crows.

This project is getting more and more out of hand but it’s still so much fun to make these sheep! These photo’s have been a while in the making, waiting till the perfect weather, finding the perfect location and above all, creating all the grey sheep 😀

They can discover the whole earth with their little sticklegs, but they do need a little help with that, are you going to help them travel? 😉 Each sheep has their own character, despite being made from the same mold, glazing and assembling each one by hand made them all differentiate a bit, giving them loads of character, some shy some cocky! They will be available in my Etsy, link is in my bio, please follow me if you are interested!

The photo’s and in progress pics of these sheep were available early for my patreons, please consider supporting me if you are interested in my work 🙂 www.patreon.com/annevanstormbroek
